Helpful answers to frequently asked questions regarding tickets and subscriptions for rescheduled shows.
Were any of the shows canceled?
At this time no show has been canceled, only postponed to a later date. The new schedule will be announced this summer. There may be some adjustments to the show titles.
Where can I find the new schedule?
When the schedule and shows are finalized, we will make an announcement, and you will find the new run dates on the Fulton’s website at TheFulton.org.
What happens to my tickets?
Your tickets will be automatically transferred into the corresponding day and time of the new run dates. For instance, if you purchased tickets for the 2nd Tuesday evening at 7:30 pm, your tickets were moved to the 2nd Tuesday evening at 7:30, during the new run.
Will I receive new tickets?
Yes, we hope to mail new tickets sometime this fall.
What if I can’t attend the new dates?
Please call the box office, after you receive your new tickets, at 717-397-7425 and we will happily exchange your tickets into a date that works for you.
Do I still have time to renew my subscription for 2020/2021 without losing my seats?
Yes, the renewal deadline for the 2020/2021 season will be extended to October 23.
When will single tickets to the 2019/2020 season go on sale?
Single tickets to the remainder of the 2019/2020 season and the 2021/2022 season (previously the 2020/2021 season) will go on sale Monday, February 8, 2021.

Can I get a refund?
The Fulton Theatre is a not-for-profit, and we ask that you kindly consider donating the value of your tickets back to the Fulton as a tax-deductible donation. Part of the CARES ACT allows individuals that take the standard deduction an additional $300 charitable deduction or $600 for married filing joint filers. You do not need to itemize dedications to be eligible to add this deduction to your taxes. You may also request a refund at face value, excluding service fees. Refunds will begin to be processed over the next few weeks, as quickly as possible; we thank you for your patience and understanding during this unprecedented time.
Are there any perks for donating tickets?
Besides the donation that is tax-deductible and receiving the donor level perks at the Fulton Theatre, you will also be entered to win The Ultimate Hope Package. One lucky winner, who has chosen to donate their tickets back to the Fulton will receive Producer Seats to an upcoming performance, a VIP backstage tour of the Fulton, a dinner gift card, valued at $75, a Fulton swag bag, and an autographed cast poster of the show you choose to see, for an overall value of over $300.
Can I donate my ticket to a Frontline Worker?
The Fulton has set up an account in our reservation system, where you can donate your ticket to a Frontline Worker. If you are unable to attend the performance, due to the rescheduled dates, or if you do not feel comfortable, you can choose to donate your ticket to the Frontline Fund and entertain one of our many heroes that have been working hard on the front line. Just choose that option on the Ticket Form and we will take it from there.
If I donate my ticket to the Frontline Fund, will I still be entered to win The Ultimate Hope Package?
I am a Subscriber, and I am unable to make the new dates. Can I get a partial refund?
Yes, we can process a partial refund at the face value of your remaining subscription tickets excluding service fees. Please note the value of most subscriber tickets are @ $30 each.
How long will it take to see my refund on my credit card?
The Fulton Box Office, will process requests, as soon as possible. Please note that once processed, credit card companies are reporting delays in processing up to two weeks. Please allow 30-90 days for the refund to appear on your credit card.
What if I paid with Cash or Check?
We will also process these orders like the credit card, but will mail you a check within 30 to 90 days. Please make sure that we have your correct address on the Ticket Return Form.
How do I let you know what I want to do with my tickets?
Please fill out the Ticket Return Form.
If I don’t see my refund in my credit card account immediately after submitting my request, should I send another Ticket Return Form?
No. Once you’ve filled out the form your request goes into a queue and is answered as soon as possible.
