Frequently Asked Questions

Your Visit

Are there any age restrictions on attending a performance?

Tickets for our Mainstage performances are available for purchase for children ages of 3 and up. Tickets for our Groff Studio performances are available for purchase for children ages of 10 and up (excluding Equus, 17+). Children under the age of 11 must be accompanied by an adult. Any ticket for a child must be for a seat next to the seat occupied by the adult accompanying the child. Disruptive patrons, including children, will not be allowed to remain in the theatre. The lobbies of the Fulton Theatre include two live-feed TV areas so that parents can still view the show when children need a break. A House Manager may ask a family to spend some time in the lobby if children become a disturbance; no ticket refund will be given. View a regularly updated list of show content at

Who should I contact if I lose something during a visit?

Is there a place to hang my coat?

Yes, a self-service coat room is located off the main lobby (to the right as you enter) on the first level. The Fulton is not responsible for lost items. Please do not hang articles of clothing over the railings in the auditorium. For events in the Studio Theatre, a coat rack is available in the fourth floor lobby.

What happens if I arrive at the Theatre late?

The theatre seats are open to ticketholders approximately 30 minutes prior to each performance. Patrons who arrive after the performance has begun may be asked to wait until they can be seated at an appropriate moment in order to minimize the disruption to the other patrons in the theatre and to the performers on stage. Late-arriving patrons will be seated at the discretion of House Management and may not have access to the seats they reserved until intermission, if one is scheduled.

Restrooms for the mainstage are located on each floor of the theatre. The main restrooms are located in the main lobby to the far right. All restrooms meet accessibility requirements. Restrooms for the Studio Theatre are located in the 4th-floor lobby.
