Special Events & Trips at the Fulton

Washington, D.C. | March 18 – March 20, 2026

Visiting Washington, D.C. in late March is a perfect time to explore the city’s world-class museums, catch shows at venues like Eisenhower Theatre, and stroll the city as the cherry blossoms begin to bloom. The mix of culture, history, and early spring beauty makes for a great time to visit the nation’s capital.

This trip includes tickets to:

  • The new indie-rock musical Safety Not Guaranteed by Ryan Miller and Nick Blaemire (Glory Days) is based on the film by Derek Connolly of the same name. In it, ambitious journalist Darius sees a classified ad for a time travel companion and sets out on an expedition to find its writer.
  • 1776 is a Tony Award-winning musical that dramatizes the events leading up to the signing of the Declaration of Independence, highlighting the political struggles and human stories behind America’s founding. With sharp dialogue and stirring music, it brings history to life through the voices of the often-divided delegates of the Second Continental Congress.
  • Be our guest at Beauty and the Beast. This enchanting and timeless take, filled with romance and grandeur audiences know and love, will debut a spectacular new set and dazzling costumes. Fulton Favorites Kathy Voytko, Melaina Rairamo, Ryu Mitsuhashi, and Jasmine Villaroel are part of this national tour.

In addition to show tickets, the trip includes a stop at Hillwood Estate, Museum and Gardens for a self-guided garden tour and lunch at the Merriweather Cafe; admission to The People’s House: A White House Experience; a tour of Ford’s Theatre, two-night stay at Canopy by Hilton with breakfast included; two dinners and round-trip transportation from Lancaster.

New York City | May 1 – May 3, 2026

Join us for 2026’s hottest Broadway theatre tickets, PLUS take a guided tour of The Metropolitan Museum of Art just days before the stars take over for the Met Gala. This trip includes tickets to:
  • Chess, the iconic musical where power and passion collide, and the stakes could not be higher. Starring Lea Michele in the first Broadway revival of this show.
  • Reviewers are calling the production of Giant “urgent, powerful, and momentous.” See John Lithgow as children’s author Roald Dahl in a play that dramatized a real-life turning point in the author’s life.
  • Two New York doctors, Josh and Melissa, go on a couples’ backpacking retreat — only to stumble into the magical town of “Schmigadoon,” where everyone bursts into song, musicals never end, and the only escape is finding true love (possibly with each other).
In addition to show tickets and the guided tour of the Met, the trip includes two nights at the New York Marriott Marquis, 2 breakfasts, 2 dinners, a ‘Meet the Actors’ workshop, free time to enjoy NYC your way, and round-trip transportation from Lancaster.
